We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, site closures, or guide illness. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or full refund at your choice.

6. Tour Participation
6.1 Physical Requirements

Participants must follow instructions from guides and site staff. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour threatens the safety or enjoyment of others, with no refund.
